PREEvision Ethernet Workshop | 3-4 Days

Content
This workshop gives you a fundamental knowledge of Ethernet and IP based communication in motor vehicles, as well as a short overview of relevant protocols and their application areas. In practical exercises, you will use PREEvision to define services with their roles and interfaces, set up a switched network topology and deploy the service. You will define and configure VLANs, socket adapters and switches and derive an Ethernet communication from that. Previous experience with PREEvision is required.
Module 1: PREEvision Basics for Ethernet
PREEvision covers specification, design and optimization of all components in a distributed electrical/electronic architecture. This module imparts the knowledge about basic operation concepts of the tool. If you do not have solid working experience in the tool PREEvision, we recommend to join this training before participating in the Ethernet-specific workshop “PREEvision SOA and Ethernet Modeling”.
