Content

In this workshop you get to know CANape as a tool for measuring and evaluation on the one hand and for calibration and diagnostics on the other hand.

After a short introduction to the fundamentals of the XCP protocol and building a general understanding of the measurement technique in CANape, you will learn how to configure the display windows in order to display measurement data from different sources. Then the data mining user interface will be explained so that you can perform an automated analysis of large amounts of measurement data.

You will use CANape as a calibration tool to optimize the characteristics of your ECU codes. At the end of the workshop, you will learn to use the diagnosis window of CANape. In detailed exercise phases you have the opportunity to create valuable examples that demonstrate the extensive utilization of CANape.
